Sandi: Meeting Sue was a wonderful experience for me. I have had many bad experiences with doctors and OBGYN's who did not listen to me but instead rushed through my exam and breezed through any questions, they never made me feel comfortable. Sue on the other hand was so sweet, and warm and loving, I felt at home right away. I have to say, never have I walked out of an exam with such a feeling of comfort and I now look forward to the future when Sue can assist me in my hopes for a homebirth/waterbirth.
Deborah: After a terrible hospital experience with my first child, my husband and I decided to deliver our second child at home. Sue and her assistant midwives welcomed our son Adam into the world in June of 2002. Throughout the pregnancy, the labor and the delivery, Sue was a quiet, strong and calming presence. My labor was wonderful! Her faith in my ability to labor as nature intended was exactly what we had been looking for. Our faith in her abilities is tremendous. She will undoubtedly be here with us for our next birth.
